The Fountain of Youth

The energy often associated with youth can be reclaimed daily. Exercise, a healthy diet, laughter, sunshine all keeps you feeling "young". However, what our bodies crave most is readily found in water. Oxygen.

Water is the most important benefit to the body next to oxygen. It is the key to all bodily functions. Adults are approx. 80% water. To be exact, the figures are: Brain 75%, Heart 73%, Lung 86%, Kidneys 83%, Muscles 75% and Blood 83%.

Every day your body must replace 2 1/2 quarts of water. The water you drink literally becomes you! You need lots of fresh water to stay healthy. Oddly enough, water is the one beverage that human beings, on the whole, forget to consume in proper quantities. Water cleans the system and helps us regenerate.
